Join a local Thermo King dealership installing commercial truck equipment, welding and fabricating steel and aluminum, and working with hydraulic and PTO systems.

Transport Refrigeration of NW Arkansas, Inc., your local Thermo King dealer, is looking for a skilled Truck Equipment Installer / Welder with experience in welding, fabrication, and hydraulics to join our team in Lowell, AR.
This hands-on position installs truck bodies and commercial vehicle equipment, fabricates and welds steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, and installs PTO, hydraulic, and related vehicle systems.

🛠️ What You'll Do
Install truck bodies and commercial vehicle equipment
Weld and fabricate steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Install Power Take-Off (PTO) and hydraulic systems
Perform road service and customer service calls
Operate forklifts, hoists, company vehicles, and customer vehicles
Service and repair company vehicles and equipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop
Complete work efficiently and meet standard repair times
✅ What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
Welding and fabrication experience
Experience with truck equipment installation preferred
Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems and vehicle equipment
Valid, unrestricted driver's license
Ability to obtain forklift certification
Personal toolbox and required tools
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Willingness to travel for training or customer needs
