Responsibilities
- Provide patient care: explain procedures, position patients, and ensure comfort during exams.
- Imaging: perform scans using appropriate transducers to image abdomen, heart, blood vessels, and fetus; inclusive of breast imaging as needed.
- Diagnostic analysis: assess image quality, identify normal versus pathological findings, and summarize findings for physicians.
- Equipment maintenance: prepare, clean, and troubleshoot ultrasound machines; ensure imaging supplies are ready.
- Documentation: document exam details and preliminary findings in patient records with accuracy and clarity.

Requirements
- Ability to work in a hospital setting on a travel assignment
- Experience performing general and vascular ultrasound examinations
- Skilled in patient positioning and explaining procedures to patients
- Commitment to producing high-quality images and accurate preliminary interpretations
- Availability to work the scheduled 12-hour shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Willingness to work in Brunswick, GA on a 13-week assignment
