JOB
DESCRIPTION

Position Requirements:

·        2+ years Med Surg experience - Required

·        Telemetry experience – Required

·        Willingness to float to similar units – Required

·        Basic Dysrhythmia experience – Required

·        MediTech Expanse experience – Highly preferred

·        RN License for MA – Required (Active at the time of
submission)

·        AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS required

·        Traveler must have own transportation 

COVID Vaccination with latest dose after 10/3/23 - Required (Exemptions considered if signed by provider or religious leader)​

Job Duties

·        Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and provide
direct patient care in alignment with hospital standards in the assigned
units.

·        Monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications,
and document care activities accurately.

·        Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
to develop and implement individualized care plans.

·        Maintain compliance with state nursing regulations and
facility policies.
