Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications and treatments as ordered, and document care in the medical record.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to ensure safe, effective continuity of care and discharge planning.
- Ensure patient safety and infection control practices, and participate in quality improvement activities as appropriate.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California or eligibility to obtain licensure in California.
- Availability to commit to a 13-week travel assignment starting 10/12/2026.
- Ability to work 4x10-hour day shifts in an outpatient hospital setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills; able to coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
