Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for NICU patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Monitor patient status, administer therapies and medications per plan, and respond to clinical changes with critical thinking and independent judgment.
- Collaborate with the neonatology team, physicians, respiratory therapy, and other disciplines; provide clear communication with patient families.
- Document care and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record; uphold infection control and safety standards.

Requirements
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (36 hours per week) in a hospital setting.
- Strong teamwork and interdisciplinary communication skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to provide high-acuity neonatal care in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for a 13-week assignment starting 10/12/2026 and willingness to complete onboarding requirements for travel nursing.
