Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult patients on the Med Surg Telemetry inpatient unit
- Monitor cardiac rhythm via telemetry; interpret rhythm strips and respond to rhythm disturbances
- Administer prescribed medications, manage IV therapy, and perform routine procedures
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and update plans of care; document accurately in the chart
- Float to other MS Tele floors and overflow areas as needed; ensure patient safety and effective handoffs

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Ability to float to other Med Surg Telemetry floors and overflow areas
- Onboarding requires ECG/Telemetry testing; one attempt; must pass
- Current AHABLS Certification
