Responsibilities
- Provide direct, bedside care to adult patients on Med Surg Telemetry units
- Monitor cardiac telemetry, interpret rhythms, and respond to dysrhythmias per protocol
- Administer medications and perform treatments in accordance with MAR and hospital policies
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, document clearly, and escalate changes promptly
- Float to like units and overflow areas as needed; maintain patient safety and quality standards
- Complete accurate documentation and contribute to patient discharge planning as appropriate

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (Massachusetts or eligible)
- 2+ years Med Surg Telemetry experience
- Current AHABLS certification
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Ability to pass Telemetry Competency Exam and ECG/Telemetry test during onboarding (one attempt)
- Willingness to float to related units and overflow areas; weekend and holiday coverage may be required
- Strong clinical knowledge of critical paths; charge nurse experience preferred
