Registered Nurse – Med Surg travel assignment on a nights shift in Pocatello, Idaho, United States. Start date 10/05/2026. Duration: Weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,117-$2,214 per week. Shift: 3x12 hour nights. This travel temporary assignment is on an adult/geriatric med-surg tele unit with mixed acuity. Unit census is approximately 48 beds/rooms, with a full interdisciplinary support team and access to rapid response and transport services.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult and geriatric medical-surgical and telemetry patients, with mixed acuity
- Monitor patient status, perform routine assessments, administer medications, manage IVs and blood product administration as needed
- Assist with post-operative care, wound management, and basic chest tube/central line-related tasks within scope
- Interpret ABGs when indicated, support respiratory therapies (including supplemental oxygen, BiPAP/CPAP as prescribed)
- Adhere to isolation precautions, implement safety and prevention measures, and participate in interdisciplinary rounds
- Respond to Rapid Response and Code events as part of the unit team; coordinate with PT, Respiratory, Pharmacy, Social Work, and other services; document in Epic

Requirements
- Active RN license in Idaho or a compact license in hand at time of submittal
- Certification: BLS required
- Charting: Epic experience required
- Experience: Travel experience required; minimum 2 years preferred; Trauma Level II experience preferred
- Education: Registered Nurse (RN) with appropriate nursing degree
- Additional: Ability to work nights on a 3x12 schedule; float as needed with competency; compliance with onboarding requirements
