Weekly pay: $1,656–$1,712 per week
Notes: 10-bed MS unit handling general medical and surgical patients awaiting surgery; rapid patient turnover; holiday coverage required

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate nursing care for adults on a medical-surgical admission unit, including general medical and post-operative patients awaiting surgery
- Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor vital signs, and recognize and respond to changes in patient status
- Administer medications and treatments per policy; manage IVs, drains, and telemetry as applicable
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record; communicate clearly with patients and families; ensure safety and infection-control standards are maintained
- Manage rapid patient turnover on a smaller unit while maintaining quality and patient satisfaction

Requirements
- Active RN license to practice in Georgia
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced, admission-focused unit; capable of handling a 10-bed unit with rapid admissions
