Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for medical-surgical patients and float to the Emergency Department as needed
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, administer medications, monitor and document patient status, and adjust care plans accordingly
- Perform hospital procedures within scope (IV therapy, wound care, specimen collection, basic telemetry support) and support rapid response when indicated
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, discharge planning, and patient and family education
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record; ensure compliance with policies and safety standards

Requirements
- Active RN license (state-specific; MT or eligibility required)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Med/Surgical and Emergency Department float experience required
- Ability to work in a hospital setting with rotating shifts and travel assignment
- Education: Nursing degree (RN)
