Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to the nursing process.
- Collect relevant data, analyze assessments, and develop a care plan with prescribed interventions.
- Implement the plan, coordinate care delivery, and promote a safe, healing environment.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; delegate appropriately.
- Collaborate with the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team; participate in discharge planning and provide patient education.
- Maintain documentation, monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes to guide ongoing care.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (Oregon)
- BLS or CPR certification (per AH policy); AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS required
- Minimum two years of recent acute care experience
- EPIC electronic medical record experience required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Ability to work night shift (3x12) in a hospital setting
