Registered Nurse – Med Surg, traveling assignment in Zanesville, Ohio. Start date October 19, 2026 for a 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care on the Respiratory unit and in Med-Surg areas as assigned
- Administer medications, monitor vitals, provide oxygen therapy, and interpret telemetry
- Document accurately in Epic EMR and maintain competency in charting and telemetry interpretation
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans
- Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and escalate per protocol or supervisor guidance
- Float to other Med-Surg units as needed while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Uphold infection control practices and patient safety, including privacy and comfort needs

Requirements
- Active Ohio RN license
- BLS certification
- Epic EMR proficiency (refresher courses or one-on-one sit-time are not acceptable options)
- Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience; must be able to read Telemetry and will be tested on day one
- Night shift availability: 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.; every other weekend required; no call required
- Ability to work in a respiratory care environment with appropriate PPE and infection control measures
- Start date: October 19, 2026; 13-week assignment; 36 guaranteed hours
