Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents and participate in developing and updating individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team and families.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitor for effects and adverse reactions, and document responses.
- Monitor vital signs, pain levels, fluid balance, and overall clinical status; report changes promptly.
- Provide direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living and safety during all care activities.
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record and communicate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain infection control and safety standards, respond to routine and emergent situations, and support quality of care initiatives.

Requirements
- Current registered nurse license and ability to practice in the applicable setting
- Certification preference: Basic Life Support (BLS) or current CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric populations preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to a travel assignment
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Nursing degree from an accredited program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
