Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment
- Document findings, monitor patient status, administer medications as appropriate, and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality obstetric care

Requirements
- Ability to provide direct nursing care to obstetric patients in an L&D setting
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility to work night shifts and a 12-hour schedule
- Willingness to participate in a travel temporary assignment and adapt to unit needs
