Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and interpret clinical data; respond to changes with critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to implement and adjust patient care plans.
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and accurate documentation of care and outcomes.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN license in California (or eligible for confirmation of licensure)
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred or as required by ICU standards
- ICU/critical care nursing experience
- ADN or BSN in Nursing required
- Ability to work in an inpatient ICU setting with high-acuity patients
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and meet contract requirements
