Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for critically ill adults in the ICU, including ongoing assessment, monitoring, and interventions per unit protocols.
- Administer medications, titrate vasoactive infusions, manage ventilation parameters, and respond to evolving patient conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans, coordinate procedures, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Monitor hemodynamics, interpret alarms, and operate critical care equipment such as balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, arterial lines, and rapid infusers.
- Ensure patient safety and infection control standards; document care accurately in the electronic medical record (Cerner experience preferred).
- Participate in patient flow and unit coverage, with potential float to adjacent units (e.g., ED, Stepdown, Med/Surg) and, when needed, to behavioral health settings.

Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a valid Compact State license required at submission; license verification and verification of address must be provided (RTO required at submission).
- 2–3 years ICU experience; CVICU experience strongly preferred (please highlight in the resume if applicable).
- Ability to work in a high-acuity ICU setting and float to related units (ED, Stepdown, Med/Surg) with adaptability to occasional cross-unit assignments.
- EMR experience preferred (Cerner experience is a plus, not required).
- Local candidates within 50 miles may qualify for a local rate; willingness to travel for this assignment is necessary.
- Start date: 10/19/2026; able to meet assignment requirements and submission criteria.
