Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients utilizing the nursing process and established standards of care.
- Assess patient conditions, implement orders, and continuously evaluate responses to care.
- Coordinate with other disciplines and plan multidisciplinary care to optimize patient outcomes.
- Supervise and direct activities of licensed and unlicensed nursing staff as assigned.
- Apply critical thinking and independent judgment to clinical decisions and patient safety.

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice nursing.
- ICU nursing experience.
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts.
- Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an inpatient acute care setting.
