Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and implement patient care for ICU patients across the age groups served
- Monitor patient status, administer medications and therapies as prescribed, and document care
- Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary team, and families to develop and adjust care plans
- Ensure safety, quality standards, and infection control measures are followed
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing patient needs and unit workflows

Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Current BLS certification
- ICU or critical care experience preferred
- Education: graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN)
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a high-acuity ICU setting
