Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care in the ER using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Administer medications, monitor for adverse reactions, and respond to emergent events
- Coordinate care with the interprofessional team; supervise assigned nursing staff as applicable
- Document care in the patient record accurately and manage patient education for discharge
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and safety
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control practices

Requirements
- Active RN license in Oregon
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER/acute care nursing experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from an approved vendor; ACLS certification required
- EPIC electronic medical record experience
- BSN: preferred but not required
- Ability to work night shifts in a small, rural ER setting
