Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department for patients from newborns to geriatrics
- Perform triage, initial assessment, treatment, and discharge planning
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses; escalate as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other members of the care team to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Document nursing care in the electronic health record and communicate handoffs accurately

Requirements
- Active RN license in California (or eligibility to obtain CA licensure)
- ER or acute care nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work a nights-only 12-hour shift schedule (3x12)
- Strong clinical assessment, triage, and documentation skills
- Ability to work with a diverse patient population (neonates to geriatrics) in a fast-paced ED setting
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
