Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking and independent judgment.
- Perform patient assessments, develop and update care plans, monitor status, and administer medications and therapies per protocol.
- Document care accurately in the medical record; communicate with clinicians, patients, and families; uphold safety and quality standards.
- Support patient throughput and flow in the ER, assist with triage as needed, and escalate issues to the appropriate team members.

Requirements
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Ability to work in an inpatient/acute-care environment
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment
- Eligible to practice in the United States with California licensure
