Responsibilities
- Independently manage technical aspects of implanted cardiac rhythm management devices (pacemakers, ICDs, implanted loop recorders) in an outpatient device clinic
- Perform device interrogations and programming within scope; document results in EPIC
- Monitor patient status, respond to device alarms, and coordinate with the cardiology team
- Provide patient and family education on device function, follow-up recommendations, and activity guidelines
- Maintain protocol-driven care, safety standards, and accurate charting for CRM device management
- Demonstrate knowledge of cardiovascular physiology and CRM device operation to support clinical decisions

Requirements
- BLS certification required
- Pacemaker/ICD Technician program or equivalent job experience required
- EPIC experience within the last 2 years required
- Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices, and cardiovascular physiology
- Ability to work in an outpatient CRM clinic environment with adult patients (18+)
