Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion in patient care decisions.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications as prescribed, and document care and outcomes accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, quality care.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California (or eligibility to obtain CA licensure for travel assignment)
- Endoscopy nursing experience preferred
- BLS/Adult CPR certification required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred)
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and participate in a 10-hour shift schedule
- Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment
