Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in the CCU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Coordinate and manage patient care, delegating tasks to team members as appropriate while maintaining Standards of Nursing Practice.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications per orders, and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary health care team to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes.
- Document care accurately and efficiently; communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
- This position is represented by CNA; maintain professional standards and contribute to a cooperative team environment.

Requirements
- Active registered nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- CCU/critical care experience preferred.
- Ability to perform 12-hour shifts and work in a high-acuity CCU environment.
- Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
