Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for Cath Lab patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines while applying critical thinking and professional judgment
- Collect relevant patient data, analyze assessment findings, develop and implement a care plan, and evaluate progress
- Collaborate with the patient, family, and healthcare team; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- Provide health information and education to patients, family members, and treatment team; delegate and coordinate duties as appropriate
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (California) – Required
- At least two years of recent experience in the field; acute care facility experience preferred
- BLS or CPR certification – Required
- ACLS certification – Required
- Facility-specific BLS (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS) and department-specific ACLS (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS) credentials – Required
- BSN degree – Preferred
- Ability to work in a Cath Lab environment and participate in a travel assignment
