Responsibilities
- Prepare the interventional radiology suite and scrub for procedures; maintain sterile technique and patient safety throughout all cases
- Assist radiologists during interventional procedures and operate imaging equipment (Siemens Artis Icono, Artis Q, Artis Zee) in single-plane configurations
- Monitor patient status during procedures, document patient condition and procedure details, and ensure accurate post-procedure handoffs
- Support post-procedure activities, including transport and room turnover; coordinate with nursing and anesthesia teams as needed
- Maintain equipment readiness, manage inventory and contrast media handling, and uphold safety and infection control standards

Requirements
- ARRT Radiography license (in hand)
- Kansas State Board of Healing Arts license (can apply once offered; licensure may be pending)
- AHA BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of interventional radiology experience with scrub experience required; 3 years IR experience and large-hospital background preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced IR unit, with 10-hour shifts and rotating days off; may float to other IR areas as needed
- Orientation requirements: attend designated orientation sessions as scheduled
