Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting to restore and improve physical function and mobility.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and department objectives.
- Provide therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait and balance training, and functional activity coaching.
- Reassess patient progress regularly, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, serving as a co-leader in group-based patient care when appropriate.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and strategies for ongoing recovery and prevention.

Requirements
- Active physical therapy license to practice in California, in good standing.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree required.
- Relevant outpatient physical therapy experience preferred; strong clinical skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation.
- Ability to work in an outpatient care setting and participate in a travel assignment.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
