Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized OT treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic/hand therapy cases.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities and range of motion, strength, coordination, and dexterity.
- Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety, and activity modifications.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate care and discharge planning.
- Ensure compliance with documentation, forms, and clinical policies; maintain high standards of patient safety and infection control.

Requirements
- Active occupational therapy license or eligibility for licensure in Georgia.
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Outpatient orthopedic/hand therapy experience preferred.
- Ability to work in an outpatient setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to travel to assigned sites within the area as needed.
- Strong documentation and communication skills to support care planning and transitions.
