Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents under supervision of the supervising OT, focusing on activities of daily living, mobility, and functional independence.
- Implement therapy treatment plans, conduct sessions, and document resident progress for review by the OT and care team.
- Support residents with ADLs, mobility training, balance and strength activities, and safe transfer techniques.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment, adhering to infection control, patient rights, and facility policies.

Requirements
- Active Maryland Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license or eligibility to practice in Maryland
- Graduation from an accredited OTA program
- Ability to work effectively in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment and meet guaranteed hours
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
