Responsibilities
- Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients in rehab and acute rehab settings; plan and implement an ongoing OT program as prescribed by the ordering physician
- Regularly update treatment plans and home exercise programs; independently manage a full caseload; perform re-evaluations as authorized by insurance
- Document patient progress and care in EMR systems (Net Health Therapy and Meditech)
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate treatment, progress, and discharge planning
- Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations; may be required to work Hawaii state and federal holidays as necessary

Requirements
- Hawaii license to practice Occupational Therapy (active by start date)
- BLS certification from American Red Cross
- Minimum 2 years of work experience with adults in outpatient and acute rehab settings
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm; willingness to travel as assigned
- Must arrive the Thursday before start date for employee health appointment
- EMR experience: Net Health Therapy and Meditech experience preferred
