Do you have a passion for travel and a talent for creating memorable experiences? AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced Full-Service Travel Agent with both domestic and international travel expertise to join our remote Travel Contact Center team.

In this work-from-home position, you’ll help Members and non-Members plan and book personalized vacations—from weekend getaways to complex international itineraries. You’ll build lasting client relationships, provide exceptional service, and have the opportunity to earn monthly performance incentives.

Work Schedule

All hours are Eastern Time.

• Sunday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Thursday: Off
• Friday: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
• Saturday: Off

Who Can Apply?

To be considered, candidates must reside in one of the following locations:

Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, DC, or West Virginia.

What You’ll Do

As a Remote Full-Service Travel Agent, you will:

• Plan and book domestic and international vacations, including customized FIT (Fully Independent Travel) itineraries.
• Assist Members and non-Members through phone, email, and web chat.
• Recommend destinations, travel products, and exclusive AAA benefits based on each traveler’s needs.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships that generate repeat business.
• Stay informed about travel promotions, destinations, and industry trends.
• Process travel reservations in compliance with ARC regulations and AAA policies.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel products that enhance the overall customer experience.
• Meet established sales and performance goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Resolve travel-related issues and assist with itinerary changes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow Travel Contact Center Associates when needed.

What We’re Looking For

Successful candidates will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent. Travel school graduates are encouraged to apply.
• At least 2 years of recent leisure travel industry experience.
• Experience with airline reservation systems, ticketing platforms, GDS, and online booking tools.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel planning.
• Excellent communication, customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive knowledge of worldwide geography.
• The ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment.
• Ticket void and basic exchange experience is a plus.

Training & Schedule Requirements

Successful candidates must:

• Attend all required paid virtual training, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST.
• Successfully complete training before beginning the regular work schedule.
• Work a set schedule that includes one weekend day each week, along with one weekday and one weekend day off.
