Transportation Coordinator - US based applications only

Position Summary

Paramount Recovery Service is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support daily transportation and logistics

operations. This is a remote position. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating deliveries,

maintaining transportation records, communicating with drivers and clients, and ensuring shipments are completed

safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Essential Duties

• Coordinate daily transportation and delivery activities.

• Schedule deliveries and monitor shipment status.

• Maintain transportation records and documentation.

• Communicate with drivers, vendors, clients, and internal departments via remote tools and platforms.

• Resolve transportation-related issues and support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, customer service, or administration preferred; willing to train the right

candidate.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
