Summary
The Training Coordinator will conduct and monitor training for new and existing employees on electronic health and dental record systems. They will also evaluate workflows to improve efficiency and collaborate with management to develop and revise organizational policies and procedures.

Job Details: Job Location: Corporate Office - Tallahassee, FL, Salary Range: Undisclosed, SUMMARY:
Conduct, coordinate and monitor training of new and existing employees on the electronic health and dental record systems with on-going follow-up training. Establishes and evaluates workflow and work processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies in staff and systems. Works with management to develop, implement, review and revise standards, policy and procedures.
SCHEDULE/HOURS:
Monday - Friday
Typically 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
No weekends
Circumstances may require the employee to work hours house of those listed, but that is rare.
Position is based in Tallahassee, FL, and will require travel to our sites.
Qualifications: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. AA degree in related field preferred,
3. 3 years experience in related field
North Florida Medical consists of 10 primary care and 3 dental locations, providing high quality care in service areas that were traditionally underserved. We are in Crestview, Quincy, Wewahitchka, Eastpoint, Tallahassee, Panacea, Madison, Perry, Mayo and Cross City. Most recently, we have added a mobile clinic, Health Force One. Our corporate offices support our clinics and are based in Tallahassee.
Our clinics are Federally Qualifing Health Centers and as such can offer a sliding fee program in addition to taking insurance (including Medicaid and Medicare). Our current slide fee program begins with a nominal fee as low as $10.
