What You'll Do
Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and professionalism.
Assist customers in selecting the Toyota vehicle that best fits their lifestyle and budget.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Explain vehicle features, technology, warranties, financing options, and available protection products.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers using phone, text, email, and CRM tools.
Generate business through referrals, repeat customers, community networking, and digital leads.
Maintain expert knowledge of Toyota vehicles, current incentives, and competitor products.
Work collaboratively with the Finance, Service, and Management teams to create an outstanding ownership experience.
Meet and exceed monthly sales, customer satisfaction, and performance goals.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the dealership CRM.
