Job Description

• Create and execute product strategies and achieving sales & margin targets for SMACT products by country/area/market. 
• Support product sales activities for product responsibility at the customer to achieve sales and margin budgets by product. 
• Drive product knowledge and develop selling strategies to support SMACT products. 
• Create and execute training activities for product responsibility to insure sales function has basic/advanced technicial understanding of SMACT products. 
• Support sales to achieve customer centricity and help develop relationships and trust of key decision makers at the customer. 
• Develop and grow strategic relationships with identified SMACT partners (i.e. Martin Engineering, etc.).  Identify future strategic partners and develop business case for management decision.  Support eCR' creation to support SMACT product growth. 
• Support selling processes as defined by management.  Support team approach within and outside the Total Conveyance organization.  Support projects and other tasks as required by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years sales experience in the Mining industry or 4 years of sales experience in the Mining industry in lieu
• of a Bachelor's degree
• Proven track record of executing across the sales cycle to identify, hunt, and close new customers and new
• businesses.
• Advanced negotiation skills and presentation skills (structure, rhetoric, media application, etc.).
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Deep understanding of the market, products, and customer dynamics.
• Managing sales, margin, cost, and working capital; developing and interpreting business cases.
• Strong team-oriented mindset
• Exceptional communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value and driving business
• success.
• Professional level English language skills: spoken and written.
• 50% travel with overnight stays.
• Experience converting or maintaining a major customer business - AND/OR - Experience creating and executing major SMACT product introduction -AND/OR -  Developing, presenting, gaining approval and executing on major project or business case.
• International or crossfunctional experience preferred but not required.
