Job Description
Youth Enrichment Coach (Sports, Soccer, Karate & Little Medical School)
We're looking for an enthusiastic coach to teach a variety of youth enrichment programs for children ages 18 months through elementary school.
Programs You'll Teach ( Instructors will teach at least 2 of the programs listed below)
Amazing Athletes
Introduce young children to the fundamentals of 10 different sports
Super Soccer Stars
Teach age-appropriate soccer skills while building confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game.
Karate Zoo
Lead fun introductory karate classes focused on discipline, respect, coordination, and self-confidence.
Little Medical School
Engage children in exciting, hands-on STEM and medical-themed activities that spark curiosity and inspire learning.
Position Details
- $24.00 per hour
- Part-Time (15-20 hours per week)
- Monday-Friday (morning, afternoon, & evening hours available)
- Saturday morning classes
- Travel required between various program locations
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate:
- Loves working with children ages 18 months through elementary school
- Has a positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
- Is comfortable leading groups of children independently
- Enjoys teaching a variety of subjects including sports, soccer, karate, and STEM enrichment
- Has reliable transportation and is willing to travel to program locations

Our program is taught in a non-competitive, learning-based environment. We work with each child at their own progression level to ensure they are able to reach their highest potential.
Each weekly class focuses on two different sports and one area of motor-development. Also incorporated into each class are activities designed to improve the young child’s hand-eye coordination, muscle tone, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and more.
