Lonestar Land Services team is growing, and we're looking for experienced Title Agents with a
strong title and land rights
focus to support projects across the USA. This
position can be field-based and/or remote, project-driven
role where your attention to detail and research
capabilities directly support successful project completion.
You'll manage
the full acquisition process of title research,
documentation, and closeout — while partnering closely with internal
teams across legal, survey, environmental, and project
management.
- Conduct detailed title research,
ownership verification, and parcel analysis using county records,
GIS systems, and public data sources - Support valuation efforts, appraisals, and damage
assessments - Participate in project meetings and assist with closeout activities
