Minnesota United FC (MNUFC) is a professional soccer club competing in Major League Soccer (MLS), the top tier of soccer in North America. As a club driven by passion and community, we operate under the oversight of the U.S. Soccer Federation, a member of FIFA. Our headquarters are in Golden Valley, MN, with soccer operations based at the MNUFC Training Center in Blaine. On matchdays, we call Allianz Field in St. Paul home—one of the premier soccer-specific stadiums in the country.

Position:

The Ticket Office Staff are part of the Ticket Sales & Services department for Minnesota United FC (MNUFC), a sports business located in the Twins Cities area of Minnesota and a member of Major League Soccer (MLS), the top tier soccer league in North America.

Position Summary:

Our Ticket Office Staff will play a key role in creating memorable experiences and outstanding service by helping guests access and enjoy every match and event at Allianz Field. This is a part-time, matchday position based at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, MN reporting to the Ticket Operations Specialist.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a brilliant experience by delivering exceptional customer service for our guests on match days and stadium events.

• Assist guests with ticketing resolutions including mobile app access, account management, ticket transfers, scanning, and other match day concerns.

• Troubleshoot ticketing and technology issues while educating fans on online and mobile ticketing platforms.

• Serve as a knowledgeable resource by answering questions about matches, events, promotions, stadium policies, and ticketing procedures.

• Collaborate with teammates to provide seamless match day operations and ensure every guest has a positive experience.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous ticketing, box office, customer service, hospitality, or related experience preferred.

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable fan experiences.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage fans in a friendly, professional, and solutions-orientated manner.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Computer and mobile app literacy to operate ticketing system.

• Availability to work a majority of MNUFC home matches and stadium events, including evenings, weekends, and potential holidays as needed.

Compensation & Benefits: 

Minnesota United FC values the contributions of our team members and is committed to transparency in our compensation practices. The compensation range for this part-time role is $16.50 - $17.50 per hour (non-exempt).
