Thread Roll Operator

Job DetailsJob Location: Anaheim, CA 92807Salary Range: $25.00 - $37.00 HourlyJob Shift: 1st ShiftJob Description (Operations, Machines, etc.):

Read and understand process instructions.
Set up and run thread roll machines including Reed, Waterbury, Hartford, in both automatic and hand-fed configurations.
Perform visual and manual inspection, using inspection equipment such as microscope, comparator, micrometer, tri-rolls, and various gauges.
Analyze and accurately interpret blueprints, customer drawings and industry specifications required.
Attention to detail with ability to think and act analytically and use mathematics to meet job requirements.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Strong interpersonal skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
Effective team member, willing to work and communicate with all levels of the business.
Excellent attendance record, including punctuality.

Qualifications: 

5+ years Thread Roll experience preferred, Aerospace fastener Industry experience a plus
High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to lift/ carry up to 40 lbs.
Ability to walk and stand 100% of shift.
Ability to work overtime if needed, including weekends if needed.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
