Therapy Patient Access Clerk

About the Position:

As a Therapy Patient Access Clerk at Riverwood Healthcare Center, you play a crucial role in ensuring seamless patient experiences from the moment they enter our facilities. Your primary responsibility is to facilitate the scheduling and registration process with accuracy, efficiency, and empathy. You will be the initial point of contact for patients, gathering essential information, verifying insurance details, and guiding them through administrative procedures.

Education:

• High School diploma or GED strongly required; AA degree or a certification in the healthcare field strongly preferred.
• One year customer service experience required; healthcare field preferred. One year of computer experience required; electronic health record preferred.
