XDS is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join us on this ground-floor opportunity to establish XDS in the North American market. This is a hands-on, field-based sales role focused on opening new dealer accounts and getting XDS bikes on shop floors across a defined territory. You’ll be out in-market most days, walking into stores, having real conversations with shop owners and managers, and building relationships face to face. This role is about laying the groundwork for XDS in North America and being the brand’s presence on the ground.

The territory for this position will cover Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, Ohio, or Kentucky. We welcome applicants in any of these states.

What You’ll Do

• Build X-LAB’s presence across your territory by regularly visiting independent bicycle dealers.

• Prospect for and open new dealer accounts through planned outreach, referrals, industry relationships, and in-person cold visits.

• Manage the sales process from the first conversation through account setup and initial order.

• Grow productive relationships with new and existing dealers.

You’re a Great Fit With:

• 5+ years of relationship-based sales experience, preferably selling to small and midsize businesses

• Comfort and flexibility with traveling up to four days per week in the field, opening doors, and starting conversations in person

• Strong territory planning, organization, CRM, and follow-up skills

• Interest in cycling, sporting goods, specialty retail, or performance products preferred; bicycle-industry experience is a plus, but not required

• Communicate fluent in both English and local languages

Success Metrics (1st Year)

• Qualified new dealer accounts opened.

• Territory revenue and growth against agreed targets.

• Dealer activation, repeat ordering, and account development.
