Join Epicor as a Territory Manager! The Territory Manager is responsible for selling Epicor's connected worker product, Acadia, to prospects and customers in a specific territory. Manages sales process through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Participates in the development, presentation and sales propositions. Negotiates pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.

The Territory Manager will engage stakeholders across Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Training/L&D, HR, IT, and executive leadership to identify business challenges, quantify the potential impact of Acadia, develop compelling business cases, and align Acadia to strategic initiatives.

The Acadia® Connected Worker Platform enables frontline employees to independently perform their work, learn new skills, stay safe, and demonstrate their capabilities. It helps businesses understand employee performance and correlate their productivity to operational metrics.  
 
Acadia makes it easy for employees to do the right thing every time, with real-time data, step-by-step guidance, and seamless integration across operations.

What you will be doing:

• Manages a territory based on industry and customer revenue.
• Qualifies opportunities with the aim of maximizing leads.
• Plans and implements sales campaigns.
• Coordinates with solution sales and professional services teams.
• Inputs ideas and participates in marketing events.
• Understands the business requirements of prospects and customers.
• Provides accurate and timely sales forecast.
• Manages the short- and medium-term pipeline.
• Maintains third party relationships.
• Updates and maintains CRM data base and performs weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the assigned territory.
• 30% - 40%  travel is expected in support of sales efforts.

What you will likely bring:

• Proven track record of sales success
• Accomplished track record of selling multi-level to business, technical and IT people
• Business application experience. 
• Background of  business applications preferred.
• Ability to quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new project
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management of the defined target markets

What will set you apart:

• Ability to sell consultatively and help customers build a vision for transforming how frontline employees work, learn, and access information.
• Ability of “Land and Expand” as this is a core piece to how we go to market. 
• 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge with a Connected Worker platform application. ERP, CRM, SCM experience is helpful
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Range:

Minimum: $82,000 USD Maximum: $131,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
