We're seeking a Territory Business Manager to join our growing Sales team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary business partner for distributors within your assigned territory, helping expand market share, increase revenue, and promote our comprehensive portfolio of industry-leading products.

As the "quarterback" of the territory, you'll collaborate closely with distributor partners, inside sales representatives, technical specialists, and business development teams to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow distributor relationships within an assigned territory.
• Drive revenue and profitability across all products and distributor accounts.
• Promote the value of our full product portfolio and solution-based sales approach.
• Serve as the primary contact for Elite, Premier, and Major Account distributors.
• Conduct distributor training programs and joint customer visits.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and maintain distributor health initiatives.
• Partner with technical and business development teams to identify customer solutions.
• Manage product trials, evaluations, and customer implementations.
• Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, and customer information in CRM.
• Monitor competitive activity, market trends, pricing changes, and emerging opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues quickly through collaboration with customer service and pricing teams.
• Support national account initiatives, audits, and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of sales experience in industrial packaging, manufacturing, distribution, or a related industry.
• Proven success developing distributor partnerships and growing territory sales.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinking and territory planning capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering results.

Preferred Experience

• Industrial packaging, tapes, adhesives, or related product knowledge.
• Distributor channel sales experience.
• Experience conducting product demonstrations, evaluations, and training programs.
