Terminal Clerk

Job Details: Job Location: 20227 Rialto CA - Rialto, CA, Position Type: Terminal Support, Salary Range: $21.00 - $24.00Hourly, Travel Percentage: Negligible, Job Shift: 8hr, Job Category: NA, Position Summary

This position supports the day to day operations of the terminal by performing a variety of office tasks.

Essential Functions

Organize and sort incoming mail and paperwork
Verify driver paperwork for each load
Image/Scan documents into the dispatch system
Enter information into customer systems as necessary
Accept orders from customers and setup for dispatch
Answer phone calls to the terminal and address questions or concerns
Respond to customer billing and load status questions
Investigate unassigned miles, hours violations, and other anomalies
Order office supplies
Process payroll

Qualifications: Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
