Temporary, Part-Time - Paid Social Manager (Variable Hours)

This is a temporary, part-time position created to support current client and business needs. This temporary position is not eligible for SRG’s health and welfare benefits or other benefits available to regular employees. We anticipate needing support for approximately 1 - 3 months up to 20 hours per week, although both the duration of the assignment and number of hours may vary.

Because this role will support active client work and day-to-day campaign needs, availability throughout the workweek is important. This individual will work closely with our existing Paid Social team, stepping into established accounts, processes, and workflows and helping the team respond to priorities as they arise.

Most of the work will support food and beverage CPG clients and span the full marketing funnel, with a strong emphasis on upper-funnel awareness. Our primary platforms are Meta and TikTok, with opportunities to support additional paid social platforms as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, QA, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across assigned client accounts, translating approved strategies and media plans into accurate and effective campaign setups.
• Manage campaign pacing, budgets, delivery, and performance, making timely optimizations to keep campaigns aligned with established objectives and KPIs.
• Support recurring reporting and analyze performance across audiences, creative, placements, and other variables to identify trends, risks, and actionable opportunities.
• Proactively investigate and resolve issues related to campaign setup, delivery, tracking, disapprovals, reporting, account access, and platform functionality.
• Partner closely with our Paid Social lead and broader client teams, respond to assignments and shifting priorities, communicate roadblocks early, and maintain organized campaign documentation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and managing paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of paid social campaign setup, optimization, pacing, reporting, and performance analysis
• Experience with TikTok Ads Manager preferred
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Adriel, Domo, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus
• Agency experience preferred
• Food, beverage, and/or CPG experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to quickly step into active client accounts and work effectively within established teams, processes, and workflows
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-moving, client-service environment

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Temporary, part-time, variable schedule 
• Expected Duration: Approximately 1 - 3 months, based on business and client needs
• Expected Hours: Estimated to be up to 20 hours per week, with varying hours based on business and client needs
• Schedule: Availability needed throughout the workweek
• Compensation: $33.00 - $41.00 per hour commensurate with experience
