TEMPORARY OFFICE ASSISTANT(20hrs a week)

• Help create a seamless and polished office environment by keeping shared spaces organized, stocked, and ready for collaboration

• Be the go-to presence onsite—connecting with vendors, supporting deliveries, and ensuring facilities needs are handled proactively

• Elevate meetings and events by coordinating logistics, preparing spaces, and supporting engaging onsite experiences

• Deliver memorable first impressions by welcoming visitors and supporting new hire onboarding experiences

• Keep daily operations running smoothly through mail distribution, supply tracking, and administrative coordination

• Bring our culture to life by supporting employee engagement initiatives, office events, and recognition efforts

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

• Abilities: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively, communicate professionally, and handle both administrative and light physical tasks in a fast-paced office environment

• Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or customer-facing role preferred

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams)

• Location: You will be in our Maitland, FL Monday through Thursday from 8AM to 1PM ET.
