Temporary Kitting Associate

Position Summary

Nuvia Contract Manufacturing is seeking dependable and motivated Temporary Kitting Associates to support our Production Team. This is a temporary position intended to provide additional support to our Production Team during a period of increased operational needs.

The Temporary Kitting Associate will assist with general production, packaging, material handling, and other assigned activities to help the team meet production goals. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, works well with others, pays close attention to detail, and is ready to contribute in a hands-on production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general production, packaging, assembly, and material-handling tasks as assigned.
• Follow written work instructions, procedures, and training requirements accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
• Work collaboratively with team members, Leads, Supervisors, and Quality personnel.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate questions, concerns, material issues, or quality concerns to the appropriate Lead or Supervisor.
• Complete required training before performing assigned tasks independently.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be able to lift and move materials weighing approximately 30–40 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand work instructions and training materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to follow instructions and complete all required training.
• Previous experience in warehouse, packaging, manufacturing, production, fulfillment, or a similar environment is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
