ROLE SUMMARY:
The Part Time Mechanical Instructor to assist with training Lab development and training efforts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary Role - train/instruct other current technicians in technical capabilities, and other production solutions.
- Develop, Support, troubleshoot, improve, and maintain technical training lab equipment
- Develop and participate in new training curriculums development to meet the training demands as required
- Provide backup training support for other training sessions when necessary
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Expertise in precision tool measurements.
- 10+ years mechanical/machinist experience or two year technical degree preferred
- Ability to instruct multiple curriculums for class sessions of 12+ attendees at any given time
- Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes and propose and implement remedies
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Adhere to lab and plant safety and 5S requirements
