 Please note: This role primarily supports warehouse handheld scanning devices (RFID scan guns) and inventory operations. It is not a desktop IT, network support, or software help desk position. 

What You’ll Do:

• RFID Scan Gun Guru: Be the master of all things scan guns! You’ll handle check-ins and check-outs like a pro, ensuring every piece of equipment is logged with pinpoint accuracy.
• Inventory Wizard: Keep our inventory on point! Track scan gun usage, condition, and location like a tech-savvy Sherlock Holmes.
• Customer Support Star: Be the go-to hero for team members needing assistance with scan guns, offering top-notch support and troubleshooting.
• System Updates Sensei: Make sure our records are always up to date in the system—accuracy is your middle name!
• Maintenance Magician: Spot a glitch in the system? Report and fix issues with our RFID scan guns, keeping everything in tip-top shape. Don’t forget, a clean scan gun is a happy scan gun!
• Procedure Perfectionist: Follow our established procedures to the letter, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Shipping Sidekick: Lend a hand to our shipping department by helping clear outbound tote lines—because teamwork makes the dream work!
• Muscle Maven: Be ready to lift and move totes and equipment (up to 30 lbs), because who says tech wizards can’t be strong too?

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: If you’ve worked in a help desk or inventory management role before, awesome! If not, we’re happy to train the right candidate.
• Tech Skills: Familiarity with RFID technology is a plus, and being comfortable with computers and office software is a must.
• Attention to Detail: You’re organized, meticulous, and love keeping things in order.
• Communication Pro: You can chat with anyone, from teammates to other departments, and make everything crystal clear.
