Temporary Bar & FOH Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team temporarily as a FOH & Bar Manager. This temporary position requires PM shift, weekend, and holiday availability and a minimum of 2 years of supervisor or management experience.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar program and deliver exceptional customer service. In this role, you will have the chance to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the growth and success of our establishment.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS AN FOH & BAR MANAGER

The Bar Manager oversees daily bar and front-of-house operations for Piatti. This position is responsible for driving beverage service standards, maintaining stock/inventory, leading staff recruitment and training, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across the venue. The Bar Manager enforces company policies, health and safety codes, and state beverage regulations while fostering a positive, high-performing team environment. Above all, your dedication to providing an excellent guest and employee experience will be instrumental in ensuring guest and employee satisfaction and enhancing our reputation.

ARE YOU THE FOH & BAR MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

To be successful at our restaurant, there are several key skills and qualifications that you should possess. 2 years of fine dining experience and at least 2 years restaurant management or supervision experience are required. You should have excellent communication skills, a high level of integrity and be able to make sound and logical decisions quickly, demonstrating good judgment even in challenging situations. Remaining calm under pressure is crucial, as the restaurant industry can be fast-paced and demanding. Basic computer skills are also necessary for this role, as you will be required to utilize software or tools for various tasks. Ideally, expreience with Toast POS.
